I’ve always been captivated by the moment technology reveals its transformative potential, when profound products emerge from deep conviction, extraordinary craftsmanship, and genuine user passion. It's rare and unmistakable: products that elegantly solve real problems and reshape our view of what's possible.
Growing up, I spent my time building and programming PCs. This led to a focus on computer security during my military service, and co-founding Odigo, an early social network, born from my passion to create an amazing user experience using technologies that pushed boundaries at the time. The innovation at Odigo inspired me to formally study computer engineering at the Technion, leading to impactful tech and product roles at Intel, Microsoft, and ExtraHop.
Drawing on these experiences, my venture career began at Norwest Venture Partners, where I supported the visionary founders behind category-defining products like gong.io and VAST Data. This experience reinforced my passion for investing at the intersection of early momentum and clear conviction.
Now, as General Partner at N47, I lead our investments in Israel, guided by our Product First philosophy. We invest precisely when builder instinct, user love, and exceptional execution intersect.
If you're building something that captures this rare moment and clearly points toward a compelling future, then I’d love to connect. Let’s build the next category-defining product together.
When did a product shift from interesting to inevitable?
The moment that really impressed me with VAST Data was hearing that, even a year before the product was generally available, they had already built a pipeline worth tens of millions of dollars. That level of validation before launch is almost unheard of, and it signaled just how hungry the market was for a solution like VAST's, a solution that breaks the traditional tradeoff between performance, cost, and scalability.
It was one of those rare moments where you see a technology that delivers on all fronts without compromise, and you just know: this is gold, these are true winners. I could see from the earliest conversations with Renen that he was someone special, someone who wanted to build something iconic.
